The Colonial Cafe serves breakfast from 7am-11am (10am off season). The menu focuses on local products. Our farm fresh eggs are delivered daily from a Stowe farmer. Homemade muffins are prepared every morning, and breads are baked at Thompson's Bakery. Dairy products include milk from Stowe's Mansfield Dairy and award winning Cabot cheddar cheese.
